my experience at Towneplace Suites was tragically underwhelming. the rude staff couldn't even spare a bagel when I arrived late for breakfast. also, I was expecting a waffle maker—after being promised one, but guess what? none was available. I woudl ve been pleased to have had a room upgrade for all my trouble. tragically disappointing.

the staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and just a quick trip to downtown. the swimming pool and outdoor area provided a great spot to relax.

housekeeping could be more attentive (sometimes forgets basics).

The staff here was incredible! ! I asked for some extra pillows, and they brought them right away,, super friendly! My kids loved the outdoor space where they could run around while I grilled some burgers, it really felt like home.

I stayed in a King Studio for three nights. The kitchenette made meal prep super easy, which was a lifesaver for keeping our diet in check. Loved the bathroom setup. no tub was a plus for us. Breakfast had decent options, and I enjoyed the great coffee. However, I noticed the lighting in the room could have been brighter. The staff was welcoming, but two of the three I encountered had a strange vibe when we arrived late to breakfast. They seemed put out when I asked for just a bagel and coffee. It's frustrating when misunderstandings lead to a bad interaction. Also, I was eager to have waffles for breakfast as advertised, but there was no waffle maker available in the morning, leaving me a bit disappointed. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but could use some tweaks to improve the experience.

I had a lovely stay in a King Studio for three nights, where the kitchenette was a game changer for meal prep and maintaining our diet. I appreciated the cozy setup of the bathroom and the inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. The strong Wi-Fi connection was a huge plus for my remote work needs. One area for improvement could be the breakfast selection. while decent, it could offer more variety.

Just a balanced option for shopping in Missoula with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful with local dining suggestions. Try to ask for a room away from the train tracks if you're sensitive to noise.
